The Upgrade and Migration Planning is designed for customers who are seeking guidance and best practices in migrating to newer releases of Helix products. During this service, Our Consultants will deliver a road map to help customers identify the optimal way to upgrade to the current Helix release.
The Upgrade and Migration Planning Package is delivered as a one-week engagement during which Our consultants will perform an assessment of the customer’s current Helix system infrastructure, and application architecture. The objective of the planning process is to identify the optimal upgrade path while providing estimates and resource requirements for the upgrade process.
